REIKI
Reiki relieves stress and helps the body to heal.
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing
Sound Healing Workshop
Relieves stress and helps your body to heal
In the sound healing workshop singing bowls, flutes and drums are used to create a spirit soothing environment . You will learn how to hum, chant and use mantras to create a spiritual space condusive to peace and tranquility.
My Story

My life is dedicated to healing the diaspora and decedents of the middle passage. My people have endured kidnapping, slavery, family destruction, jim crow and white supremacy. No therapy has been provided for the multiple generational trauma experienced while lost in this wilderness of north america. Not only was the revolution not televised, it never happened.
During my upbringing and education I learned many things. However no where was I taught how to develop my mind. In the 1920s a monk meditated for twenty-one days and created a energy based healing system call Reiki. I was intrigued. What could the next generation of our youth produce if the learned to meditate. I study all I can learn about the various forms of meditation and contemplative practices used in many cultures around the world.
